I would just assume that Russia is just using its surplus missiles since it has entier armouries full of those things thoes missiles have 2k lb warheads so it will easily flatten anything they fire it at when you are looking to cause damage without costing you anything no reason to not use the surplus and save your expensive weapons for when you actually need them

@davidscheepers6033 Current sanctions have easily been circumvented already Russian military industry is working better now than before the war started It's not just Russia saying that sanctions have fail its also western sources pointing it out and simple things like their Rubel bouncing back stronger than before the war started You can say what you want but in reality Russia is stomping Ukraine so bad it looks like the Russians just opened up yet another front in the war
