  2. Poska is kind of like a drink I make called Switchel = honey vinegar water and Ginger it was a field hand drink you would make it put it in a jug and lower it into the well and when you came in from your work you would have a nice cool refreshing energy drink

  3. Wasn't Roman Wine more alcoholic than modern wine? If so that would explain the dilution of the wine.
