  8.  @tomhicks1009  the entire west. The US state department made a fool out of it self then had to back pedal when the "coup" never really materialize hit was just 4000 guys and one angry dude. Putin was strengthened by the fact that when given a chance to overthrow the government in a coup no one joined in and putin was able to end the "coup" with 2 phone calls much to the Chagrin of the West.
