The Ukrainians would need functional Air bases then they would need a functional economy/Logistics capabilities to keep the jets fueled and in fighting shape then thoes jets would need to be able to survive the Russian Air Defence systems which are the best on planet earth then they would need to survive the Russian Air Force its why these "Game changers" would be worthless just like all the rest.

The answer is Russia never had more than 140k troops in the entire war fighting and they decided to spread that number out over a massive frontage and over 3 separate theaters at the beginning of the war and on the Ukrainian side they loose tanks faster than NATO can supply them they started the war with 1k to 2k tanks then lost them then was supplied with thousands of tanks and APCs then lost those in a few months now they are banking on a few hundred old western tanks to save them
