The Ukrainians would need functional Air bases then they would need a functional economy/Logistics capabilities to keep the jets fueled and in fighting shape then thoes jets would need to be able to survive the Russian Air Defence systems which are the best on planet earth then they would need to survive the Russian Air Force its why these "Game changers" would be worthless just like all the rest.

The Ukraine lost 50k troops in the Bakhmut meat grinder at a cost to Russia of 10k troops those crafty ukranians maybe trying to build a wall to keep Russia out using their own KIA?
