  4.  @owningkoning  He literally said his forces were out of ammo and were about to abandon Bakhmut he posted a video screaming in front of KIA soldiers insulting basically the entire Russian leadership then a couple days later his men finished off the Ukrainians in the city. He likes to give the enemy hope then have it ripped away from them
