If you haven't been seeing "mobilization" troops basically kidnapping men off the streets in the Ukraine" you have only been watching nafo propaganda. The ukies have lost a minimum of 500k KIA contrary to nafo propaganda the Russians stopped taking massive casualties after the 1st few months of the war. Most casualties (up to 75%) in the war now come from artillery and the Russians are masters of artillery in this war.

  9.  @yellowtunes2756  it's actually a very narrow front the Russians have built these concentrations of men into armies so they are self sustaining and capable of independent operation so look at each place the Russians push as an independent area north mid and south. Currently the ukranians are desperately cannibalizing their remaining competent forces and sending them to try and slow Russian progress in the north this weekens them in the south and middle

When the Russians went in to this Region it was clear the money set aside for fortification was embezzled by ukranian commanders there was nothing to stop the Russian recon units they just kept moving as the ukranians retreated on mass

More likely the Russians are just pushing their advantage knowing they can pick apart the ukranians military which is already starved for manpower by pushing in different Reginald forcing the dwindling competent brigades of the Ukrainian military to split themselves and rush across the front to throw themselves into the breach
