  1. Russia has KIA almost all of the available manpower in the Ukraine. Each leak from NATO nations show that the Ukraine has been on the losing side of the casualty rate for almost 3 years now. The Ukrainians are down to fielding 16 year olds and 45 year olds everyone else is KIA or WIA
