@letranger6750 no flattening of cities wish we did and yes our hands were 100% tied rules of engagement would constantly stop the troops from easily defeating the enemy "can't shoot at the enemy unless you are shot at 1st" "can't shoot at the enemy shooting at you from the mosque" "can't go out on patrol with loaded guns" etc if the rules were violated or if the lawyers wanted to pretend there was a problem soldiers would be arrested at the end of Afghanistan as we were leaving the soldiers were stopped from easily killing the isis suicide bomber that blew up one if the check points

@letranger6750 US losses vs the enemy losses are always pretty one sided most people we fight are incompetent we can easily destroy enemy armies but when they decide to hide in civilians towns a d cities ROE ends up tying the military hand behind its back
