  2. Wasn't Hawai'i one as well?... Puerto Rico, Guam and Samoa are strategic military islands that benefits the U.S. economy more than a boring ass state like Wyoming.

  4. I understand what the speaker of Guam is saying but you are "a property of the U.S." which makes just as vulnerable to an attack as D.C. and NY. The territories should be given statehood but allow them to thrive independently. I doubt they'll "Afghanistan" us like what happened in the 80s.
