  2. When freight trains own at least 80% of all railways in the U.S., no one should be surprised that it only costs around $100 to transport a set of goods. And considering freight lines can carry as much cargo to cover the entire length of "crosstown" Manhattan with just one train (3-4 locomotives) using no more than 2 or 3 engineers per shift. Railway freight has it good.
