  2. Oddly enough traffic lights in urban areas are seemingly pointless nowadays. Anytime a traffic warden can ease the flow of traffic far greater than a signal because it's fixed to change by appointment whereas a human directing traffic is based off logic. I would say in downtown or centralized areas during rush hour, wardens she be abundant. Shutoff the signals and allow them to control traffic. All the 9 to fivers would get outta here quicker
