  2. Baltimore neglecting Old Town Mall is a tragic example of our city officials. Especially with Johns Hopkins up the street, not sure how Old Town has been left in disrepair for so long

  3. I prefer Baltimore Street be a transitway since every connection is available within a short distance but Pratt Street could definitely be closed off and transformed into walking boulevard; redesign Lombard & Fayette Streets into a two-way for arterial traffic.
