Yes but it beats the 5A bus that took 90+ minutes Dulles is an international hub mainly for VA residents, so the Silver Line is targeting that demographic but Reagan National (Blue & Yellow Lines) are across the Potomac River from DC proper and Maryland has BWI shared with Baltimore; which has MARC & Amtrak linking to it from Union Station
