  8. I have friends & cousins who were/are notorious criminals of Baltimore. Many of them died; some served time; others got their act together. You can't look at this from one perspective and start blaming. What many fail to realize is that they have NEVER been in these scenarios but wish upon God that they know how the hood is. I feel for this kid losing his life but he was playing with fire. If this cop didn't get him then the streets would have and the streets doesn't leave traces
