  1. Tell Maryland that. Heck, the state troopers top 110 MPH just to head back to their respective departments. I-95 shouldn't be a 55 MPH zone even though DMV drivers are some of most blatant idiots to ever receive a license.

  2. Adjust speeds to the average or most common vehicles on the road today capable of accelerating & braking to/from 60 MPH within a matter of 6 seconds (albeit "65 MPH"). It should be common practice for many drivers to use the Smith System -- I'm looking at YOU DAD!! -- and not by personal ignorance.
