@connorm2177 Or a universal driver license. These state issue IDs have to many loopholes where anyone can get a license just knowing how to park a Toyota Corolla let alone handle anything beyond 300 bhp.

@nicksimon4379 Once they got your plates, it doesn't matter who was driving. If the registration belongs to the owner, they'll get the ticket rather by warrant or mail-in ticket.. You just have to prove it in-front of a judge it wasn't you but you're fantasy land if you think this isn't true.
