"Is the space station moving away from YOU or are you floating away from IT?!" "Yesh" 😶🌫️
179
@FlashPointHx Anytime is the best time to launch. The fact it has been done and just only one day away from everlasting infamy. I'd take the 15 year delay
52
And significant fact, it's slow (which is a good thing). F-16 are meant to take out a target from 2 miles away and gtfo quickly; while the A-10 would brrrt at a slow speed alongside allies. Speed is not always the solution which is why the A-10 has lasted this long but try convincing the Pentagon otherwise.

@KuK137 You could mention this to him by direct message instead of sounding like a damn donkey in the comment section. He'll be more than happy to redo the video.

@sebastianelytron8450 Your location has left the chat
11
I think he was taking this episode personal according to the questionaire he held with viewers about the P47
10
The trebuchet idea is actually the sickest and most effective method that needs to be explored more. The entire video had me convinced

No wonder Wroetoshaw is so good at dodging questions

@mattb4640 So your IQ was -100 from the beginning
8
Same here!

I call bullshit on that. Usually "if it looks good; sounds good; and smells good, it's probably shit"
3
If you heard it and felt it, thank goodness you wasn't the target
3
Ah-ah... Yuu call Nigeerian Prince? Am I a joke tu-yu?
3
BirdOPrey5 Rather you like it, many have to depend on it. Gonna come a day in your life when the bus and rail will become your ally.
3
With the willingness and a lot of money, humans can create a living organism if they wanted to...
3
@zacharyj6465 I do like my burgers fresh off the sun's radiation 😎
2
That's what I was thinking. Why have a wing that performs asymmetrical just reduce fuel & drag
2
Only for said drone to become the very thing is swore to destroy
2
Sure... as long as Orangutan and Rocket Man is out of the picture
2
Not gonna lie, I'll take a Peterbilt or Freightliner any day of the week. Not to say a Tesla truck isn't worth a chance but diesel engines is my livelihood.
2
If rock climbing has taught me anything, you better have as much trust in a hook than you ever would with your own two hands
2
@Trung Thien Dao Like John said, you can't just go dropping warheads on places where innocent people live all in the name democracy! You have to do close range flybys, even if it is for reconnaissance missions only. I already have a hard enough accepting $115M being wasted on a project but damn at least make is worth wild rather than just be a hoverboard
2
It's a shame. Even when someone wants to go renewable, government & privateers would install a new roadblock to keep profit.
2
Nah, they'll just blame him for all the mistakes they made. "...it wasn't thorough enough!"
2
When a spy plane doesn't really need to be stealthy because nothing would be able to shoot it down. The Blackbird is a work of art
2
True statement. Many bus & truck unions look to increase wages to unsubstantial limits that the payout is not worth it for companies. Better example is watching professional athletes cry about doing too much, for too less while not putting much effort in to begin with.
2
Equivalent to: "The sky is blue because our eyes' cone cells process the different wavelengths, making said sky to appear blue
2
Step 3 is "Democracy"
2
Viewers: P47 was NOT one of the best fighter planes out there Real Engineering: Challenge accepted! Now prepare to die (in knowledge)!

Our military is basically spend tons of money of metal to be blown off the Earth in mere seconds
1
But see... the problem is that these ideas are "too logical" to fulfill for the average politician or NiMBY
1
What worries me is that someone down the line is gonna repeat this incident just to prove how "innovative" they are. Stockton Rush got as he wished... "INFAMY"
1
In American terms: "Oil is essential. We must drill for more oil to keep our industries' budget fluctuating."
1
@BardhAzizi Albeit some vids need fact checking but unless you have the resources "yourself" to create an actual video with factual evidence, care to do so. I watch his vids for the general knowledge NOT to become a scientist overnight.

This smells a bit... musky to me

Ambitious fandom crossover

Next step, buy a real used U-HAUL truck and see if those aerodynamics are 'bout that life... 🤓🤙🏾

What happens when one president serves two terms and pushes for more funding towards astrology... then an orangutan cuts the funding to build a wall...
1
I think at the moment, I'm like everyone else with our doubts BUT damn if humanity haven't gotten this far without a few screw ups before getting it right. I'd give it another ten years before this concept is adopted and invested more heavily.

Ivan Mazeppa Ask the people who built houses in Baltimore's suburb of Anne Arundel county that very question...
1
DC-10s, I tell ya!
1
@cottoncandyman8274 ...but then you're combating your own clause to build it in the first place. Why waste that much time & money on a "fighter" plane if it ain't "fighting?" Might as well build ten conventional aircrafts for that price
1
One more day... one more gut wrenching moment to be prepared for. All we want for Christmas is for the JW to make it out of atmosphere unscathed. This gonna be marvel of engineering for generations if or when things go according to plan
1
Try America or American countries in general. You'd find corruption like you would find sand on a beach

How did we manage to get a probe to the outer atmosphere of our own Sun BUT can't get a single probe to last more than 30 minutes on Venus' surface?
1
I'm all for the possibilities and hope this program succeeds but I have more doubts than positives. Once you place a satellite into this capsule, how drastically will the drag increase once released from the cantilever?... How much pressure would build up inside the tube during the transition period between the dual doors opening/closing simultaneously? Again, I hope it does work but I worry more about failures than I do success; like with everything in my daily life. Also, If they gonna pull this project off place that mofo in the high altitudes of Colorado with thinner air to increase their chances

Remember. Computers are no match for Chuck Norris...
1
If that even exists tbh. That's what we hope to achieve in the distant future by theory but will never reach it
