  1. Houston & Harris County should have modernized it for the Texans once they started in 2002. Made no sense building another dome next to the Astrodome then be left looking like idiots for the past 20 years. Superdome has managed to stick around for 40 years and remains a landmark. How did Houston screw this one up?
