  2. I'd hold my breath. Americans only see the world through the lense of "America" and are left inconvenienced of anyone not from here. Traveling internationally, as well, has given me more dedication to be self aware of my own behaviors abroad but not many Americans will ever travel internationally in their lifetime.

  3. Learned that firsthand on my first international visits to Iceland and UK. Keep forgetting that folks are not aware of specific states outside of New York and "LA" 😅, so saying I'm from Baltimore, they're left confused
