Some dude in the westside has a recently retired 2013 Caprice from MD state trooper; a great number of dudes (majority black) here in Baltimore had Crown Vics. It's like a cult to an instinct. Police here go after the Honda Accords and Acuras cos those became the drug runner's hot cars
