She could have said "I support livable wages, which is precisely why I do not want to destroy the entry level jobs that lead to livable wages. These entry level jobs are often the only jobs available for those with no experience and less education, are rarely worked longer than one year, and would go away if we raise the minimum wage too high." Agree or disagree, it is at least a valid talking point to argue back and forth. She didn't say that. She said "I do not support a livable wage." Not only did she say that, she used that as her opening sound byte. OUCH!! If you are a regular person and you let that slip I get it, but as a politician you should have your game face on better than that.
