@konstantinoskalavrezos5273 On the galactic map klendathu was on the other side of the galaxy making it 70-80.000 lightyears from Earth. As Asteroids are much slower than the speed of light it would mean that the bugs started sending asteroids towards Earth before there ever were humans. Conclusion: The asteroid was a freak accident blamed on the bugs to hide the incompetency of the missile defense system and as an excuse for war against the bugs.
