  27. The obvious solution would be a land swap: Northern Israel becomes Palestinian. Gaza becomes Israeli. It would insulate Israel from Lebanon and Syria. BUT it can't be done without expelling the Jewish settlers in the West Bank. And justice demands that they be expelled - they are illegal colonial settlers and have no right to the land.
