  1. She was never "left". The US confuses socially progressive with being "lefty". They are not mutually exclusive, of course, but the main policies should be focused on the distribution of wealth and the role of the state. Here in Europe she would at best be considered a centrist. But that probably says more about the US than anything else... Hell, even Bernie, the socalled "democratic socialist" barely registers on the barometer.
