  1. I know I'm in the minority here but hear me out: The bridge bombing resulted in destruction of essential civilian infrastructure that is also integral for military purposes. The recent Russian missile strikes targeted essential civilian infrastructure that is integral for military purposes. Sounds like a proportional tid for tad response by Russia (of course if you look past the almost daily nuclear threats made by Putin). I believe the nuclear threats, however unlikely they may seem, is a bluff designed to minimize any further military support for Ukraine by especially European actors. The use of such weapons will assuredly guarantee the very outcome that Putin is trying to avoid. Much like attacking Ukraine has resulted in Sweden, Finland, Moldova and Ukraine are now being fast-tracked for NATO membership.
