  1. It's because of Israel's ongoing crimes against humanity and the underlying US support. Everything else is just obfuscation. The US and the establishment has no say over the coverage and TikTok has declined to "moderate" (shadowban and censure) Pro-Palestine users. Now, you can argue a bunch of other reasons, but the timing and sudden action doesn't pass the smell test.

  3.  @Louisus  And the US hasn't been adversarial, now openly hostile, towards China? Have you not been alive the last 20 years? The US sees any potential rival as an enemy to its hegemonic dominance. The irony is that the very act of provoking China, Russia and now Brazil, Pakistan and India, will ultimately result in the very outcome the US is trying to avoid. What good is your crown if you only use it to maintain your power instead of providing actual change for the better?
