Just as a strong performing stock market has absolutely no impact on the lives of average Americans, yet is lauded for everything being great. There's also the secondary effect of direct Chinese aid to protect the oil, if exports start to dwindle But let's be honest, this was never about defeating Russia. It was always about bleeding Russia by spending Ukrainian lives. "Till the last Ukrainian" remember?
