  1. Point 6 sounds very much like you're condoning ethnic cleansing. Any civilian population has the right to flee from war and be able to return to their homes when peace is reached, regardless of their ethnicity. You're talking about civilians fearing for their lives and families. Russian or Ukrainian, it shouldnt matter.
