  1. There are surely disputes where China would seek to maximise its position. Doesn't change the fact that the US, by freezing Russian assets, has almost guaranteed the creation of an alternative credit system and BRICS+ seeking away from the US Dollar as the reserve currency. That's the true bombshell and consequence of the war in Ukraine. Israel's crimes and the US' tacit approval and support has merely confirmed that the US doesn't respect any mutually established rules of conduct on the international stage. Time to cash out your dollar bonds, folks.
