  1. You're sorely misinformed. Palestinians are occupied and have been for generations. Even Gaza is blockaded and has been since 2006, which is an act of war and occupation. You're absolutely, factually wrong about the basics.

  2. It's an interesting idea. The problem is that a lot of views concerning individual rights is hung up on ideals and values. These things are per definition qualitative and are therefore not subject to easy "scientific"proof. Example: I love smoking a cigaret and grabbing a beer on the weekend. I'm happy that I can do that. But you can easily argue that "scentifically" both should be banned as they are, as a whole, detrimental to health and a drain on the healthsector. How do you measure if 1 person strongly liking something weighs more/less than 2 persons who mildly dislike it? The other significant point, is that in a lot of times you could never predict the exact impact of the choices on society before the potential damage is done. Second example: Again alcohol (yeah I love beer). Prohibition was for some a good idea on paper. But it was an unmitigated disaster with regards to the rise of organized crime, and didn't do all that much to prevent alcohol consumption. Just my 2 cents

  4. This is a fallacious argument. There is no science done properly to support his statements (taking confounders and inherent bias into account) Social, cultural and and living standards have a huge impact on IQ. And yes Im an MD working in clinical genetics

  5. I've yet to hear Murray present actual facts and not anecdotal steoies or outright contrived lies. The only ones actually being mass murdered now are the Palestinian people, and in general, Muslim citizens are increasingly threatened, humiliated and marginalised by the dehumanising language of politicians and people like Murray, which is very reminiscent of 1930's Europe. This is what fascism looks like. Not brown shirts. A British twat with a smug smile.
