  1. Let's be honest: Denmark didn't fight - and rightly so. It consisted purely of "tank country" and had a pitiful army. In hindsight it was the right choice. Up until 1944 the Allies considered Denmark a client state of Germany. This in thanks to the resistance movement activity in 1943 and '44 (which comparatively also was pitiful...). I'm saying this and I'm Danish...
