  1. There are conflicting reports that it was wayward anti-air missiles fired by Ukraine, and not Russian missiles that hit civilian targets. The military strategy seems to confirm this as Russia has nothing to gain from killing dusins of civilians instead of logistically valuable targets - especially with a finite supply of ordnance. *Finally, and importantly, why is this "evil" when/if conducted by Russia, but seems "acceptable" to UK media when Israel is willfully and systematically targeting civilians in Gaza on a scale several orders of magnitude. Hypocrisy, thy name is "The Telegraph".*
