  1. Well, growth is easy if you're willing to give up on social responsibility & bargaining rights and instead whore yourself out to corporate interests. As long as you get to keep the scraps from the table, eh? I'm sure your children (and ours) will be grateful for the trillions in missing tax payments that have gone poof from our schools, hospitals or even pockets, if you're so inclined. Ireland, Malta, Luxembourg and The Netherlands are hurting us all, but they're happy as long as they're seemingly hurting themselves less than the rest of the EU.
