What I don't understand is how a "science" like economics based on purist ideology, very limited sample sizes, erroneous socio-psychological conclusions and consistently being wrong, can still be considered more correct than the random rantings of a soothsayer at the town fair. A shaved baboon with a keyboard has only slightly less performance in the field than many of these so-called analysts... Secondly, many of these economists have themselves skin in the game when they offer advice on investment opportunities and price fluctuations....
