An important distinction is how many of these protesters that are there only because of the hostages and Netanyahu, and how many are there because they actually stand against the genocide their country is committing. The latest polls in Israel suggest that the majority by far are simply angry because Netanyahu has failed in his plans. Not because they actually care about the starving, maiming and killing of Palestinians.

  4. It's bullshit. None of these protesters intend to end the occupation or allow Palestine to exist. They're just frustrated that they've failed and angry because of the political and economic blowback which they didn't count on. The entire Israeli population is during their military service indoctrinated to view Palestinians as an enemy and learned to dehumanise them. That much has been made extremely clear.

  5. The orthodox Jews living in the colonial settlements aren't protesting against the genocide. They just think it's their privilege to get paid for doing absolutely nothing. They've happily murdered Palestinians in the West Bank before. You need to discern between the true anti-zionist orthodox Jews and the ones that believe it's their right to be parasites in their own society.
