  1. If Trump constitutes tyranny? Yes. Absolutely, if he is allowed to continue. But tyranny is not uncommon in American politics. Just think of Jackson, Johnson, Nixon, Bush and yes even St. Obama (drone assassinations) and FDR (internment of Japanese and German Americans). A wealthy and/or elite minority has for a very long time trampled the basic rights of citizens. (And no, I'm not talking about the innane arguments of "states' rights" and the 2nd amendment - that, my friends, you can shove up your ass)
