  1. I don't see the huge problem, tbh. The tax burden can be alleviated by loans in the coming 20 years (China is too big to fail to be denied loans despite an atrocious loan/GDP ratio, much like the US) and increased automation and digitisation will eventually make up for the manpower loss. Many companies are divesting from China already due to increased wages, and the decreased population will become a hidden boon preventing mass unemployment. Added bonus: The planet will thank us for fewer people to consume useless shit we don't need.
