  1. Are Russians conducting divisive propaganda campaigns in the West? Yes. Absolutely. Zeihan is usually not one to be cautious, but these initial claims are preposterously and unambiguously wrong. From the political landscape to environmentalism to Covid, there is a "core" of approx 1/3 of Americans that are illiterates scientifically, politically and towards their sources of information. TL:DR Many Americans are simply too stupid to realise they are stupid.
