@bighands69 I think you need to read up on these issues, mate. Don't make it out as if the US has no hegemonic interests but are purely acting from the goodness of their hearts. Most Europeans can find other countries on a map and actually give a shit about what happens outside thir own borders.

Turkey is vastly more important for NATO security than Greece. That's the simple truth of it. Greece is a country of 10 million and has one of the worst economies in Europe. I love the Greeks and their proud history and culture, but they remind me of the small dogs that are overly aggressive and keep barking at the much larger dogs.
