  2.  @draconicchaos  No system is perfect. But paper ballots is still by far the most secure system. And btw, the recount was in favour of Gore. Florida 2000 was a failure of your politicized judicial system.

  3.  @draconicchaos  Yes. A neutral judge would have either prolonged the counting even further, or asked for a new election in Florida altogether. The matter was laid to rest by SCOTUS - which is a highly political, and thus non-independent, defunct judicial system.
