  1. BS. The "Rules based world order" is simply "Do as the US wants or else". The examples are legion of US allies breaking international law without consequences and of the US itself currently breaking its own and international laws in support of Israel. Russia, China and other major nations are reacting to this and seeking to establish an order beyond US hegemony. This isn't rocket science.
