  2. Sure. But if a mugger asks me for my wallet and he's holding a gun, I'm not risking my life for my wallet. And "a good guy with a gun" in this instance jeopardises me as much as the mugger or himself.

  3. There are still "illegal combatants" in Guantanamo, some imprisoned for 10+ years and have been tortured repeatedly. In certain cases they were used for "interrogation training" (torture) by the CIA, with no objective of obtaining any information. No plans for trials in a court of law. Are they innocent? How the fuck could we know when they're denied basic human rights by the US. Why is that important? Well, for starters no Iraqi or Afghani has been called brave at any point for resisting an occupation.

  4. Considering that a large chunk of scenes like this are perpetrated by the US, Israel, Saudi (our bff's), it should be mandatory to watch what our votes and taxes are complicit in.
