Not voting is not a protest, all that achieves is to help these useless politicians stay in power with minimal votes. Labour/Tories makes no difference which one wins, the real power lies with the civil service which never changes. None of the main parties will put them back in their box. Liz truss said she wanted to sort out the civil service and she didn't last long. Sunak had already destroyed the economy so don't listen to all the bullshit coming from the establishment.   2. You are looking at things from the wrong angle and the establishment loves that. If I take out a loan and get you to pay for it, then I give that money away in exchange for say 10% of the initial loan which I am not servicing that's a nice little earner. So if the president takes out a loan and gets the public to service it and then gives the money away. Well work the rest out for yourself. A nice little earner 🥳
