It is the Ukrainian Nazis who have been bombing and killing civilians of Donbass and Ukraine for 9 years. Also in the Pusha-Voditsky forest area, the SBU plans to organize a shooting and destruction of allegedly Russian military personnel who arrived in Irpen "to kill witnesses of Russian war crimes."
