  2.  @mudshovel289  No, Russia did not invade Georgia. It was Georgia that attacked and killed Russian peacekeepers in Ossetia who were there under a UN mandate. And the Georgians hoped that the West would support them in the war against Russia, but the West refused. Therefore, the President of Georgia chewed his tie live))). Watch the video on YouTube.
