@joerosen5464 No, this is just another example of propaganda using phrases taken out of context. Zhukov said something completely different: "There are two types of mines: anti-personnel mines and anti-tank mines. When we approach a minefield, our infantry advance as if they were not there. The advancing infantry is not undermined by anti-tank mines; thus, after passing through the minefield, it creates a bridgehead, after which the sappers make passages for tanks and equipment." This is a completely different meaning.
