  1.  @gryph01  But it is the Ukrainian military who surrender en masse to the Russians, and not vice versa. This is due both to the low morale of Ukrainians and the fact that Ukrainians know that Russians treat prisoners of war humanely, but Russian soldiers know about the brutal torture that Ukrainian Nazis use on Russians.
