  2.  @BrianGoodall-u2z  If an MP or Peer holds passport A and passport B, is their loyalty to A or to B? I don't know whether David Lammy, as a purely random example, holds a Guyanese passport, but if the British government ever went to war with Guyana, which side would he support? There are plenty clear conflicts of interest in Westminster and Whitehall.
