  1. Oklahoma legislative motto: keep ‘em dumb and don’t allow teachers to teach. At least the House won’t hear the bill for school vouchers because they finally realized that rural areas don’t have private schools! What a novel thought??!! Vouchers won’t do Billy Bob any good if the only private schools are 30 miles away and his parents can’t afford to drive him back and forth.
